I am sending this out earlier than usual as tomorrow morning I will be driving back from Las Vegas after watching Barry Mandilow take over the Paris Hotel and Las Vegas...Enjoy.
I was able to use my flash camera during the whole performance to create the illusion of you being there..(I like it better than a video). Usually you can't use a flash at a live performance.

Put Down Sad Thoughts
When you feel sad, write down which thoughts are causing your sadness. Then challenge those negative thoughts with more positive ways of viewing matters. Writing this down is frequently more effective than just thinking about it.
