One of our great sages told his followers not to be discouraged. Rather, they should focus on correcting themselves in the future. To illustrate this point, he asked a disciple of his who grew up on a farm, "Did you use to ride on a horse?" "Yes," replied the man, "quite frequently." "Did it ever happen that you fell off the horse?" asked the Sage. "Many times," the disciple said. "And what did you do?" The Sage asked. "I just mounted the horse again, and continued riding," was the person's reply. "This is a model how we should react to our mistakes," The Sage told his followers. "Never give up. Regardless of how many times you fall, keep on trying."

This cat isn't silly, but smart to get away from the Cougar and be able to climb the beautiful cactus and not be stuck with all the cacti needles on his way up (and down)! And that Cougar thought it would just wait it out not knowing that the Bobcat was not stupid enough to come down until it was totally clear!! ENJOY!!

The Bathtub Test

During a visit to my doctor, I asked him,

"How do you determine whether or not an older person should be put in an assisted living?"

"Well," he said, "we fill up a bathtub, then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the person to empty the bathtub."

"Oh, I understand," I said.

"A normal person would use the bucket because it is bigger than the spoon or the teacup."

"No" he said. "A normal person would pull the plug.

Do you want a bed near the window?"
