We thank UNESCO for their recent endorsement of Temple Denial, the persistent and pernicious attempts by the Muslim of the world to deny 3000 years of recorded history, 1000's of archaeological artifacts and remnants, the Torah of Sinai, King David and King Solomon, Ezra and Nechemia, the Hebrew prophets, and two thousand years of prayers and attempts to pray on or near the Temple Mount and the uninterrupted Jewish yearning for and intention to rebuild the Holy Temple. UNESCO's latest outrage has proved a historic opportunity to rekindle and reawaken the love every Jew on earth has in his and her heart for the Temple Mount, the center of Jewish civilization and spiritual identity since the days of Avraham, Yitzchak and Yaakov.
In response to UNESCO's recent vote declaring the Temple Mount the sole possession and historical property of the usurping and imperialistic Muslim occupiers and colonizers, Rabbi Chaim Richman of the Temple Institute boldly called upon more Jews to make their way to the Temple Mount, declaring that "One million Jews on the Temple Mount would solve the UNESCO travesty."
Over the past decade, due to the intensive efforts of the Temple Institute and other Temple Mount organizations which have formed and multiplied in recent years, the numbers of Jews of all stripes ascending the Temple Mount has steadily grown. We stand today on the crux of a massive revolution in Temple Mount consciousness among the Jews of Israel and the world.
Already this year hundreds of Jews have ascended the Temple Mount on Rosh Ha Shana, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, and now, the intermediate days of Sukkot. Men, women, children, ultra-orthodox, more religious, less religious, senior citizens, students and soldiers are following their hearts every day to the Temple Mount.
And now UNESCO, with its exquisitely timed declaration of unmitigated gall, criminal theft of history, vicious act of forgery, and unabashed display of hatred to all that is sacred to Israel, the Jewish nation, G-d fearing people everywhere, and the G-d of Israel, has provided for this revolutionary spiritual awakening unprecedented headlines around the world.
