According to The Jerusalem Post, the Israeli Consulate in Atlanta plans to send a letter of complaint to CNN. The Post added that the Israeli Foreign Ministry confirmed it is working on the complaint after a source saw a draft of the letter. The Dee mother and daughters were murdered over the Passover holiday as they drove through the Jordan Valley and terrorists opened fire at their car, shooting them over 20 times. Rabbi Leo Dee, the father and husband of the murder victims, on Tuesday told HonestReporting that he demands an apology, according to The Jerusalem Post. "This is the perfect example of 'terror journalism,' where you have moral equivalence between the terrorist and victim," Dee said, according to The Post. "This type of journalism perpetuates the conflict in the Middle East," he added. "The real cycle of violence is a comment like this followed by a terrorist atrocity and then more of the same." |
