It's Easier The Second Time
Even very righteous people are likely to fall from their spiritual level from time to time. Nevertheless, when you do reach a high level, impressions of that level always remain, and enable you to more easily rise out of the lower levels into which you sometimes fall. Eventually, you will once again return to those higher levels.
This is why people often say once a person has been successful, even if he/she fails, people have confidence they can make it a second time. The spiritual changes that were made by the physical, allow the person to become successful again. Let aloe the fact that you have the confidence to know that you did it before, YOU CAN DO IT AGAIN.
