The Three are Rabbi Yehuda Glick, famous temple mount activist, and former Israel Mk, and then Robert Weinger, the world's greatest shofar blower and seller of Shofars, and myself after we had gone to the 12 gates of the Temple Mount in 2020 to blow the shofar to ask G-d to heal the world from the Pandemic. It was a highlight to my experience in living in Israel and I put it on my blog each day to remember. The articles that I include each day are those that I find interesting, so I feel you will find them interesting as well. I don't always agree with all the points of each article but found them interesting or important to share with you, my readers, and friends. It is cathartic for me to share my thoughts and frustrations with you about life in general and in Israel. As a Rabbi, I try to teach and share the Torah of the G-d of Israel as a modern Orthodox Rabbi. I never intend to offend anyone but sometimes people are offended and I apologize in advance for any mistakes. The most important psychological principle I have learned is that once someone's mind is made up, they don't want to be bothered with the facts, so, like Rabbi Akiva, I drip water (Torah is compared to water) on their made-up minds and hope that some of what I have share sinks in. Love Rabbi Yehuda Lave. |

| The Israeli safe room goes global as Gulf states face Iran's missile threats |

Missile attacks push Gulf real estate firms to adopt Israel’s home defense modelIn recent years, the protected room has become the most sought-after space in the Israeli real estate market, but it turns out it is not the only one. In the current campaign against Iran, the Gulf states have found themselves in the line of fire, without adequate air defense or civilian protection. Unlike Israel, they do not have protected rooms or public shelters, and new construction is not required to include them. However, in recent weeks, the perception of security in these countries has changed dramatically. Since the outbreak of Operation Roaring Lion, Israeli engineering companies have begun receiving requests from real estate firms in Dubai to install in-home protected rooms similar to those common in Israel. At the same time, while Israeli protection expertise is being exported to the Gulf, the Israeli protected room itself is undergoing changes: the Home Front Command is expected to introduce updated standards, including thicker windows, improved locking systems, and sliding doors. Trump invokes religious rhetoric in praise of Iran rescue, drawing criticismBy Maria Tsvetkova NEW YORK, April 5 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump and other U.S. officials cast the rescue of a U.S. airman in Iran as an “Easter miracle” on Sunday, framing the operation in religious terms that portrayed the war as a just cause and divinely blessed. In the past, administrations typically issued postcard-style Easter greetings, and critics said officials' messages this time had blurred the line between faith and policy by invoking religion to justify the war and shape the military’s conduct. Israel ramps up Arrow interceptor production amid reports of depleted stockpileIsrael approves plan to dramatically accelerate the production of Arrow interceptor missiles, the Defense Ministry announces. According to the ministry, the agreement with Israel Aerospace Industries, “will enable a substantial increase in the production rate and quantity of Arrow interceptors.” Israel’s Arrow 3 missile defense is currently its most advanced long-range defense system, meant to intercept ballistic missiles — like the type fired from Iran — while they are still outside the Earth’s atmosphere. A single Arrow 3 missile has an estimated price of $2-3 million and takes a few months to produce, although the exact time frame has not been made public by Israel due to security concerns. Neanderthals Used Ancient Gloop as Antibacterial Medicine, Study SuggestsRelatives of modern humans may have created and used a sticky substance both as a glue and to treat their wounds, preempting modern medicine by as much as 200,000 years, a new study suggests. Researchers have known that Neanderthals used birch tar, a viscous substance derived from birch bark, to glue spear points onto handles in a process known as hafting. This substance has been found across Europe, and it served multiple purposes, including as some of history's oldest water sealant and Hubba Bubba.
