Important information! 💳 You must update your profile on the Rav-Kav card, otherwise you will not receive the discount! 👆 Each trip on the train, bus, or rail must be validated, even for those traveling for free or with a discount! 📲 The benefits are also valid when paying via the phone app - to do so, you must update your profile in the app! 💡 Please note! There is no synchronization between using the Rav-Kav card and using the online app, or between different apps. 🔄 If you are interested in a monthly travel pass (Chofshi Chodshi), you must choose your payment method in advance and use it throughout the month. 💳 When paying with Rav-Kav, you can purchase a subscription on any date and the subscription will be valid until the same date in the following month, less one day. 📱 When paying via app, the payment is calculated retroactively for trips made between the 25th of the month until the 24th of the following month. If you reach the amount of your monthly subscription, adjusted for the trips you have taken, there will be no additional charge for the rest of the trips included in your subscription.
