Difficulties will occur in everyone's life. We are typically much more aware of our own difficulties than those of others. This can easily breed unwarranted envy. But knowing that everyone has challenges in life can make your own easier to cope with.
Marriage is a constantly changing, fluid, evolving process. Each stage of marriage has its unique character-development opportunities. G-d will always set you up in situations that will challenge you and enable you to access hidden strengths that you may not realize you possess!
The bible (the oral part of our tradition anyway) teaches that challenges whether they are from your health or your marriage or your work are there to have you grow spiritually. Even if the challenge goes as far as to challenge your life, it is still there for your good. This is the only way one can cope with one's mortality, or difficult challenges without losing your mind. To really know that everything that happens is from G-d. Without that believe, the things that happen must be random, and that thought is too much for most human being's mind to handle.

The Arab nations were within 10 miles of Tel Aviv, with a 10,000 man force, ready to totally destroy the new country of Israel. All that stood in the way were four Messerschmitt BF-109's left behind by the Nazis in the Czech Republic, hurriedly assembled in hangers and never test flown, and piloted by volunteer American (Jewish) pilots. The only FOUR (4) Airplanes Israel had when the War of Independence (May 1948) began were smuggled in from Czech Republic. They were German Messerschmitt bf-109's. They were assembled overnight in Tel Aviv and were never flight tested.
