An honor-seeker will not necessarily be a truth-seeker. To gain others' approval, a person will have to keep changing his opinions to agree with the person with whom he is talking.
In the end, he will lack the respect of others. Those who manipulate him will recognize that he agrees with them only to gain their approval and will hold him in disdain.
Only if a person talks and acts according to his ideals, independently of what others think of him, will he gain the respect of others.
Heads up, all GM fans! This is a marvelous example of the creativity that built the US automobile dominence—in one collection.

Abbas's Fatah Celebrates 50 Years - With 'Jewish Skulls'Fatah party's official Facebook page features gruesome imagery glorifying murder of Jews in honor of 50th anniversary. First Publish: 1/1/2015, 2:06 PM Fatah celebrates 50th anniversary Screenshot The official Facebook page of Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah party is marking 50 years since the founding of the Arab nationalist group - and in typical style has posted a graphic image glorifying the murder of Israelis in celebration. The image posted on the Fatah Party Central Page shows a pile of skulls and bones, topped with a rifle bearing the Fatah flag. Several of the bloodied skulls are marked with stars of David. The caption reads: Fatah will remain, over your skulls Fatah's Facebook page regularly features posts glorifying terrorism or anti-Semitism. Following the recent massacre at a synagogue in Jerusalem's Har Nof neighborhood, Abbas's party expressed its joy at the news, posting: "Handing out candy in the cities of the West Bank in celebration of the Jerusalem operation, which was carried out to avenge the execution of martyr Yusuf Al-Ramuni and the violations at the Al-Aqsa Mosque," Fatah wrote on its official page Yusuf Al-Ramuni, a Jerusalem bus driver, hanged himself in an apparent suicide in mid-November. The PA, Hamas and other Palestinian factions insisted he had bee "murdered" however, despite the evidence to the contrary, and his death was used by some as a justification for murdering four worshippers and a police officer at the synagogue. |
